Thank you for the report and additional information. I'd like to ask a few questions to try and best help you.
1) Are you unable to access other user's characters, as well as your own? (To test this, you can try out this link) 2) What browser are you using? 3) Do you have any extensions running in your browser?
Hi MellieDM,
1. I clicked the link and I get "page not found" 404 error page
2. I'm using chrome
3. I have only one extension: uBlock origin. I actually tried turning it off, but unfortunately it doesn't help.

Thank you Deladur. Do you have any other browsers you can try, and/or can you try to start a private browsing session in Chrome and see if you can access your characters?

Incognito mode on Chrome did not help. I have Mozilla Firefox and after making sure it's updated I tried viewing my characters, but it didn't work either.

Thank you! One more thing. Can you check this link for me?

It opens the same DnDBeyond "page not found" 404 error page. I tried with both browsers and the result is the same.
Thank you Deladur. I have one more suggestion for something you can try on your end. Can you try clearing the cache of your router? Here is a guide.
Sure, I'll try this once I get home. Sorry for my slow replies, we seem to be on slightly different time zones :D I'll be away this weekend on a cabin running a game (yey!), I should be able to try the router on sunday.

No need to apologize. I've got my fingers and toes crossed for this to work. Hope you have a great weekend!

Hope you had a great weekend! Mine was excellent as we started an Acq. Inc -style campaign and the players seemed to like it. I just came back home and cleared my routers cache. It worked, thanks for the help!
