So I want to check something on one of my Pcs and I keep getting the "we rolled a nat 1" message. Just want to know if there is some maintenance or something else going on.
Hi, so I am unable to open any of my Charactersheets either to view or to edit them. Is there a update or something or am I the only one with this problem? I am playing in a few hours and I would love to have my charakter.
You would think they would put out when they were having maintenance, I mean it is a simple header added to the website while they are doing maintenance... would take a professional approximately 1 minute to code. Love the ease of using dnd beyond (WHEN IT IS ACTUALLY WORKING RIGHT) But they definitely need to work on their customer experience. People pay a lot of money... the number of errors we see vs. the money we pay... sort of falling in the almost not worth it side right now.
I agree with this. If it was a maintenance then it was terribly executed. Absolutely no sign of it anywhere on the site and the timing is in the best possible European playing time. Just past 16 o'clock
I just noticed I can't view my characters. I get a message saying "Whoops! We rolled a 1 on our Authentication check. We're heading into town to visit the blacksmith for repairs.
Try again after a Short Rest."
The same thing happens, if I try to edit or create a new character.
Hello everyone. There was a blip in the character service earlier today, it should be cleared now. If you are still having problems, please try to clear your cache, and log out and back in. If the problem persists, please report it to us.

For me the problem still persists despite having logged out, cleared my cache and logging back in
EDIT: I noticed that I can use everything normally on my android phone's browser, but I can't on my laptop. Tried to clear everything again, but didn't work

1) Are you unable to access other user's characters, as well as your own? (To test this, you can try out this link) 2) What browser are you using? 3) Do you have any extensions running in your browser?

Fails to load any of my characters or other player’s characters in my campaign.

Same here, were finishing the last things on a new character before the session tonight.
This is also happening to me, I was able to work on my sheets a little while ago and then it started to do this.
yeah, same with me. seems like maintenance if we're all getting it.
a bunch of people are getting it, I'm assuming its maintenance or something on their end. not sure for certain though.
