So this is pretty minor BUT important for players with a lot to track.
When making a Vedalken thief, the thief thieves tool proficiency overrides the Vedalken skill. This means that a non thief Vedalken can have a thieves tool proficiency that benefits from Vedalken precision, but a thief cannot.
I realize that this can be solved by just saying that you swap them and remembering that your PC gets 1d4 on thieves tools, and not whatever other skill is, but isn't Dndbeyond's purpose that you shouldn't have to make those kinds of notes?

Thank you for the report SethTheFrank!
Your workaround is definitely a great way to get around this issue for now, but I have definitely passed this on to the team.
