I've already opened a ticket for this with the D&D Beyond support team but since that was 11 days ago and so far I haven't received as much as a single reply, I'll repost this here.
On September 7, I purchased the DMG content through the D&D Beyond app. But so far the content not been unlocked. When I try to access DMG content, I get the same old marketplace screen informing me about all the different purchase options. Doesn't matter if I view it in the browser or through the mobile app, or on which device.
So, how can we proceed? I have provided all of this information before, and as I said, no reply in the last 11 days. As it is, D&D Beyond owes me $29.99 and I'm getting rather annoyed with their customer support.
Here again the most relevant pieces of information:
I made the purchase through the D&D Beyond app on my Fire HD 8 tablet (6th gen.). The content was paid through Google Play.
I can definitely confirm that the payment went through. I have a receipt from Google Play and I see that the expected amount (28.99€ because I live in Europe) has been deducted from my bank account.
I have purchased other content before (namely PHB and MM). Those have been unlocked without any issue.
I'd be very grateful for any official reply or for any hints about how to resolve this issue more quickly.
@DxJxC: I don't have access to the DMG content anywhere. Everything looks as if I hadn't purchased it - on the website, in the app, on any device. So it looks more like my purchase didn't go through, and less like a bug in the app.
Hello again! Just wanted to let you know that I was able to speak with Support this morning and they confirmed for me that they have your ticket and are working on your issue.
Hi I purchased the dungeon masters guide on d&d beyond on February 10th but its not letting me download the book it just keeps giving me the purchase option even though I have the receipt in my bank account info
