I own the Volo's Guide on the site (can access the source materials), but Tabaxi does not seem to be an option for character creation. Already tried logging out and back in, and I tried a hard refresh.
If it is not there, but you have conformation from your bank of your transaction, contact support (link at bottom of page).
If it is there, see if you have access to race page. If you don't, contact support.
If you can view race page but you still can't find it in character builder, post a link to the character builder where you are trying to add it for a mod to look closer. If they don't see something you've overlooked, they will tell you to contact support.

Make sure you didn't just buy the compendium content, which lets you read the material but doesn't unlock access for character creation.

Resolved. So apparently, I had access to the compendium content without the races.
