Hello SeaththeCleric, if the spells were removed from your Collection they would not be shared. However, if any other user in your campaign has those homebrew spells in their collection, they would also be shared. Master Tier sharing shares all purchased and homebrew collection items of all players and the DM.
Could these pieces of homebrew be in any of your players' collections?
Hello MellieDm, I didn't knew that Homebrew of my players gets shared too, I guess that's where the Spells came from. Is there any way to disable homebrew content from my players?
I personally recommend my players have Homebrew Content turned "off" in the character sheet settings until they need to add something specifically. Turning homebrew content "off" in this way will not affect or remove any homebrew already added to the sheet like a race or magic item. :)
I removed some Homebrew Spells from my Collection but my players can still choose them in my Content-Shared Campaign, how do I remove them for good?

There is not at this time.

Alright, I guess I will just watch closer at what my players are picking, thanks for the clarification on the topic :)
