I'm looking for digital versions of player maps (dungeon/area maps with the grids but no labels). Are these included in the compendium content? My understanding is that the compendium content includes all artwork that is in the print versions of the book. But the maps that I'm looking for are not included in the print versions of the books.
Compendium content does include player maps. If you buy just compendium, you get everything you would find if you go directly to the source, for example, the compendium of Curse of Strahd gives you everything at this URL: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/cos
What it doesn't give you is the Curse of Strahd content found in listings, such as https://www.dndbeyond.com/monsters nor options for the character builder.
Player maps are part of the compendium, so you will get them
The similar page for HotDQ is https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/hotdq and that page just appears to be a copy of the Table of Contents of the print books. There is no specific mention of content that is not included in the print books, hence my confusion.
Do you happen to know what other extra content is included that's not in the books? For example, is the supplement material also included in the purchase? Just weighing my options before I purchase something. Since atm I'm only looking for digital maps, but extra content would definitely push my decision.
