I’m making a new race on mobile as a fun side project and I have multiple subraces.
However when I try to add racial features to differentiate them, the option to add one does not appear, the icon doesn’t appear when clicking on the +. Is this a mobile exclusive issue or am I doing something wrong?

It is a UI scaling bug. Turn phone sideways.
