I recently purchased a Master Subscription in order to run a campaign for a few of my friends. One of my players isn't being granted access to all of my purchased content for some reason. Other players have joined the campaign and have been able to access the content, but not this one. He's in no other campaigns, and this is his first time using the service. Is there any reason why he doesn't have access?

Does he have a character in the campaign with content sharing?
Try turning sharing off and on again.
Yes, and he's remade the character several times.
I've turned sharing off and on three times now, and it still doesn't work.
Have you checked content management to make sure you have the right books turned on?
Does the character have any preferences that might disable the content he is looking for (eberron/MTG)?
What content is he trying to add? Post the character sheet's and campaign's URL (not the share or join links) for a mod to look.
I don't have complete books purchased, just individual content from the books that I need. He's trying to add the Knowledge Domain.

They managed to get it working. I think it may have been an issue of my subscription not working for them.
