Yeah, I can recreate it. Hmm, it counts as a spell known (and the chart reflects it), but can be a cantrip. These rules contradict themselves. It can't be a cantrip for the bard's spells known limit to make any sense.
The only way I can think to fix it is to have magical secrets not count as a spell known in the character sheet (the feature would still behave as intended, but spells known won't match chart).

When you take a cantrip for a magical secret, it displays errors in spells known. Probably due to a miscount in a use case that wasn't expected.
