So I created a dragonborn fighter that went Battle Master Archetype where you choose maneuvers. Choosing Commander's strike, Rally, Sweeping Attack. After hitting level 4, I chose the feat Martial Adept and went with the maneuvers Disarming Attack and Riposte. After going back to my Actions tab of my character sheet, it's not showing Riposte as a reaction or anywhere in my Actions tab. Also Sweeping Attack is shown in the Actions tab but under 'Other' at the bottom of the page.
Feats are missing some features that were added later (like adding actions).
Sweeping attack is under other because it does not use your action to use it, it is a special/optional/additional effect that gets added to your actions (divine smites display the same way).

Thank you for clarifying, and for the insight.
