I'm having this problem with a set of shifter feats I made. Now that the new shifter race is live, none of my feats show up in the character builder when I choose that race. However a copy I made of a character that still has the old shifter race has them all in the builder. 

Hello VikingEric! D&D Beyond archived the playtest Shifter, as opposed to replacing it entirely. If you add the complete Shifter race to the prerequisites to the feat, I believe you should then be able to access it with the official published Shifter.
