Unbreakable arrows don’t seem to work right in the equipment section of the character sheet. They don’t stack like regular arrows, and they weigh 2 lbs each, the weight of a longbow.
They have the tags of Heavy and Two-handed, so I suspect that weight is intentional. They also don't have a Quantity attached so I doubt they intended a PC to have an entire quiver of the things. They're magic items, so each Unbreakable Arrow should be treated like a magic sword or any other magic weapon, and most DMs would not hand out a stack of magic swords to their players.

But it shouldn't have the properties of a longbow.

Magic ammo doesn't work as intended. This sounds a little different though.
