I have noticed a issue homebrew cantrips create on the spell sheet. http://prntscr.com/qfmmjz it says Always Prepared, i have nothing like that clicked enabled.
Are you using any other homebrew on that character, such as a homebrew subclass? How is this character gaining access to the spell? Please provide a link to any of that homebrew content.
Please provide a link to the affected character as well.
It looks like on your homebrew spell that you have manually added some subclasses to that list. This tells D&D Beyond that this spell should be added to that subclass as per the rules of additional spells for it. In this case, as you have listed the Twilight Domain there, and Clerics gain additional spells as Always Prepared at specific levels, this has granted the cantrip based on those rules. You would see a similar reaction using a Paladin subclass, whereas using a Warlock subclass would instead add it to the spell list - as the additional spells for Warlock subclasses are added to possible choices. :)
I would recommend updating the spell to be available to the Cleric class, which will make it a spell that the character in question could learn, as opposed to using the subclass(es), which will follow the rules for additional spells of that class.

Hope that helps!

the cleric fix fixed it. thanks for the quick responses and assistance
My Spells, My Races, My Magic Items, My Monsters, My Subclasses,
Glad it worked!
I didn't think the subclass spell lists worked that way.
I knew that adding them to additional specific spells for subclass does which is why that was my first question.
