Dueling says you get a +2 bonus on damage when only holding one weapon to weapon attacks. Polearm mastery gives you a bonus attack with the weapon using a d4+ability modifier. However, on the character sheet, the +2 bonus only applies to the main attack, and not the bonus attack granted by polearm mastery. Eg., I have a spear and a 16 STR and the dueling fighting style. Under attacks, the damage is 1d6+5, which is correct. But under polearm mastery, it gives the bonus attack at 1d4+3, which is missing the bonus from dueling.
The action granted by PAM can't check which weapon you are wielding. And half the polearms are 2-handed, the other half is versatile, so 2/3 of the time dueling wouldn't apply to the bonus action (and again, it can't check).
You should be able to customise it and add the dueling damage.
