I bought the PHB back in August 2017 when it first came out. Today I go to access it on my iPad, and the icon is replaced with a Marketplace icon to buy it again. When I go into my profile, I see the order number for the PHB on August 15, 2017. But it's not on my list of licensed products. I emailed D&D Beyond support, but I really need this fixed right away, I need access to the PHB in order to teach my 16 year old the game.
Is there some way to expedite this request? Waiting till tomorrow or Friday to access content I paid for is kind of unacceptable right now.

A mod can mark your ticket as urgent, but there isn't much else.
