'Dex Bonus > Full Modifier' seems pretty clearly to allow the full Dexterity bonus modifier to apply to AC, especially when in the context of the other two option in the dropdown. And yet, it does no such thing.

I've noticed that when homebrewing armour none of the fields actually do anything. The Dex bonus doesn't affect it, nor does the STR requirement or Stealth Disadvantage. It seems that the only way to actually affect homebrewed armour is with the extra modifiers down below.

For the purpose of changing weapon or armour qualities, I can't seem to get any of those to work either. I've tried everything I can think of to get the Dex bonus to add to AC with Chain Mail but nothing works.
