I bought the Dungeon Master's Guide last night with a 25% off coupon, and was charged for it on my card, but I have no access to any of it and am still required to buy it. Even in my transactions in My Profile, it shows a purchase, but it when viewing it says "No Results Were Found." Is there something that can be done?
At times, logging out/back in and resetting one's cache can help the browser session pick up the new permissions. Alternatively, yes - contact support if this fails.

Go here https://dndbeyond.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=602788 and submit a support ticket. They should be able to look into your account entitlements and fix anything missing
