I purchased the 'Explorer's Guide to WIldemount' shortly after it was available for pre-order. I am seeing some of the bonus elements available (i.e., backdrops and themes), but I do not see any portrait frames available. I saw on the Dev Update stream earlier today (Thursday, March 12) that there are frames associated with this product. When will these be available to me?
Sorry to take over someone else's thread, but I just wanted to say that since the release I've been able to access everything but the portrait frames option, which doesn't appear on my character sheet!

I've had frames unlocked, but my second campaign (of 3) does not have access to the backdrops or frames. The other campaigns do.
Hello DomCharland! Frames and backdrops are not available through content sharing, they are a bonus available to users who pre-ordered certain books on D&D Beyond.

As a DM, I am able to give my players characters these backdrops and frames by editing their character sheets for them, is this intended?

One of my players was able to select a frame when I was sharing content with him, the campaign ended, was deleted, and he's still able to select frames, themes and backgrounds without owning anything, pretty sure that is not intended is it?

Hello! The additional frames and backdrops will be released at the same time as the book, on March 17th.

Same here, I have no access to frames, but have everything else.
I also have this issue.
Hello! The content is still being unlocked. Thank you for your patience!
