I have recently created a homebrew subclass for cleric which uses the new explorers guide to wildemount dunamancy spells for its domain spells. Other spells such as haste do work as intended so I believe it is the spells and not how i have added them.
If you share a link to the homebrew (you don't need to make it public), a moderator can have a look and see what the problem is.
Remember that for the spells to appear, you'll still need to enable critical role content. I tested out adding Temporal Shunt to my bard subclass copy and it didn't appear until I went in and enabled CR content. Once I did, the spell was right there.
