Changing to 2014 paladin fixed it for me.
My 5th level Oath of Vengeance paladin is experiencing this problem, too. As I read the PHB at 5th level I should have three 2d level spells "always prepared": find steed, hold person, and misty step. In addition, I'm supposed to be able to pick two more 2d level spells to prepare daily. Instead, DnD Beyond is showing hold person and misty step as always prepared (but not find steed) and isn't letting me select my two other 2d level spells. Is there a fix for this? Is there a workaround?
I am running into the same issue with an Oath of the Watchers Paladin I made. I can see the Oath spells as options to prepare, but they require using my prepared slots to do so.
I'm also having this bug specifically for 2024 Paladins. When I build a 2014 Paladin (with 2014 Oath of the Watchers) it properly marks the Oath spells as "Always Prepared" and doesn't let me double-Prepare them, but when I make a 2024 Paladin (with 2024 Oath of Devotion) it doesn't. Except for Aid for some reason, it's showing two separate lines of Aid on the Manage Spells screen, one just with the "Prepare" button normally and a second Aid below it that says "Always Prepared", but still has a "Prepare" button for it just beneath that.

This bug has existed since the release of the 2024 Player's Handbook over a year ago. It's been reported many times, but we have not been given any indication of when or if it'll be fixed.

My Oath of Conquest Paladin doesn't have the oath spells prepared when i select the 2014 paladin, furthermore the fighting style feats also wont show up when i switch over to 2024 paladin I was wondering if there was a fix for that?

If you want other people to be able to view that character, you'll need to go to the Home tab of the character builder and set the "Character Privacy" setting to "Public".
If you're not seeing any Fighting Style feats, it's because you have "5.5e Core Rules" disabled under Sources on the Home tab. If you're only seeing a couple of them but not all of them, it's because you don't own or have access to the Player's Handbook.

Ohh! mb okok it should be public now.
Ahhh okokok, just realized our dm doesn't have the 5.5e core rules and only has the 5e core rules so thats probably why.
