I can't add the dual wielder feat on my Rogue, level 5. And I don't know why. Seriously dont...
Have you bought the dual wielder feat or the PHB from the marketplace, or had it shared to you?
If it is shared, make sure your character is in the campaign and doesn't already have that feat. Try having content sharing turned off then back on.
