I've just moved to online roleplaying because COVID-19, and having purchased the full Legendary bundle and started a new campaign, I don't have a content sharing button on my campaign page.
I only have one campaign, so I'm not at the "3-campaign" limit.
SOLVED: You need a Master Tier subscription to dndbeyond as well as owning the content. Confusion due to having purchased a subscription to Roll20, not dndbeyond.
