The Rakish Audacity Swashbuckler feature is supposed to add your Charisma Modifier to your Initiative Bonus, which it currently doesn't do in the Character Builder.
Didn't see a Mega-Thread for these quick reports or anything, so best option I could find was to post it here. If there's somewhere better, please let me know!
Also: Clicking Tales from the Yawning Portal in Compendium > Adventures brings me to the Marketplace, rather than the Adventure itself. I can still access it using a direct link though.
Good Catch. I updated the "Bonus Initiative" data to include the stat scaling values. This fix will go out with the next deploy (which should be shortly). Thanks for the report

I posted about it in the character builder mega thread around the same time. Hopefully this is now a known issue that will be addressed.
