Hello! That is as intended for Hideous Laughter and Floating Disk, as they have different versions available from either the Basic Rules or Player's Handbook.
Please provide a link to the affected character so I can take a closer look at those cantrips for you.

Could you please try to log out, clear your browser's cache, and log back in and view the sheet again? Currently when I view the Manage Spells section of that sheet I only see Lightning Lure and Sword Burst each once, so the issue may have already been fixed and just needs a cache refresh to show properly on your end:
Like Duke_of_Shao wrote, some spells also appear two or three times now in the spell list
These spells had been showing up twice for a while now. It seems at some point they thought they would give the EK and AT their own spell list, then stopped and left the subclasses with both the Wizard and a unique spell list.
What probably happened a few days ago was someone saw that the subclasses had 2 spell lists, so deleted the Wizard list, not realizing that the unique list was barely started.
Now the subclasses are back to having 2 lists, so the overlap is listed twice.
That thread was originally about spells missing from EK and AT, then mentioned duplicates after it was fixed.
There have been other older bug reports about duplicate spells in 3rd caster lists where I investigated and came to the conclusion I explained again here.
You can see the evidence by checking the class availability of the duplicate spells' page compared to any other wizard spell (sword burst and shocking grasp for example). The spells that duplicate will list the 3rd caster as an available class.
And I also still see duplicate spells on my test character.
