I own the dungeons master guide and I can get other weapons like spear of warning but it won't pull up a Yklwa of warning. Does anyone know why or how I can add it?

You can make a homebrew copy of any weapon of warning and change the weapon type to Yklwa.
Base weapons not in PHB (Yklwa and Double-bladed scimitar) seem to have issues getting magic item versions of them when they should.
