I have the same issue trying to access the PHB on my phone, Android 6 using chrome. All of the content is there in the character builder but when I go to compendiums it just takes me to the store page which says I already own it. Monster manual opens fine and the PHB opens on desktop and laptop no problems too.

I purchased Legendary bundle and can view all the content with no issue other than Storm King Thunder:

I have the same issue with LMoP - it's the only adventure purchased and I can't access the adventure content
Try to clear the cache on your browser.

Still no dice, all the other adventures and content work. Just not the Giants adventure. I'll find out how to contact Support.
Just to update, everything works in Safari. This issue is only when trying to access Giants adventure in Chrome.
