there are no ways to download PDFs officially of any of the 5e stuff other than your character sheets. DDB does not offer an official way to download or print any of the content they list.
that said, workarounds include copying/pasting into word documents, screenshotting the pages, or downloading individual pages for printing (this one I'm not sure how to do personally, I've never needed to).

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"
I can read the unlocked continuation adventures of the essentials kit but I cant find away to download or print.
Can someone help please.

You can download the source in the app for offline use. No simple way to do this on PC (basically have to save webpages from the browser).
