I sent a request in exactly two weeks ago but haven't had anything beyond the initial [Request received] email. Is this normal or has it slipped through the cracks?
I am running into a similar situation where my ticket hasn't was opened 4 days ago and there has been no response. My initial email was sent on a Sunday so Monday I got the after hours email response with a ticket number and an advisement I would hear back between 24 and 72 hours later. I have yet to hear back and have left notes in the ticket, 1077399, in hopes to get a response. I'm replying to this thread as it came up when I searched no response from DNDBeyond support.
