I'm not sure if this can be classified as a bug, but I was updating a multi-class character that gets fighting styles with both (Blood Hunter/Fighter). Out of curiosity I selected Archery for both classes to see if they stacked, and they did, even though you're not meant to be able to take the same fighting style twice. As I said I don't know if you'd call this a bug, but options are grayed out or removed when they're unavailable in other places (such as not meeting multi-class requirements) so I thought it was worth reporting.
To be clear, when I say that the fighting styles stack, I mean that when taking Archery for both classes it adds a total of +4 to my to hit with ranged weapons.

Yeah, this is known. Currently fighting styles are programmed into each class instead of having a separate pool for each class to pull from.
They plan to fix this eventually. Some of the recent character sheet work might be the start of that (optimism).
