I purchased the DMG via the iPhone app, after the usual thing of waiting for it to stop “Pending” the payment went through. I accessed the app and it still only gives me the option to buy.
Anything I need to do to resolve this? I’ve had no problems with other books (PHB, XGtE)
It could just be a delay (they are pretty common). Does it work on PC? Try resyncing licences in "my account" "customer service" (may have to click your icon to get to show).
If you can't get your purchases working and you have confirmed payment was made, contact support (it will take them a couple days to get back to you anyway).

Just looked on PC. Hasn't appeared in my transactions yet so very possibly could be a delay. I ordered it on Tuesday, so I'll give it a few more days.
It should have gone through since Tuesday. Try resyncing your licenses in app like I suggested and on pc via (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace).

Says everything's in sync and I submitted a request to support (zendesk?). Guess I'll have to wait for now. Thanks for your help!
