Basically the title, the Ray of Sickness spell gives you an action with a +to hit instead of DC. Does anyone have a solution?
You mean Ray of Sickness? It has both. You need to make an attack roll and they take damage if you hit. Then they need to make a save or be poisoned. So first and foremost it's an attack spell.
