I mean I think the problem here is the misleading marketing, not you not getting the orders. As someone who preordered, it would feel kinda bad if my bonus wasn’t exclusive.
But still, the situation is scammy and unfair towards those who saw the add as well, much more so than it is towards pre-orderers.
If i purchase the sourcebook, Will it unlock ALL the charecter options listed in the book on the creation tool? or just the two races (Satyr and Leonin) mentioned in the breakaway options?
I don't want to buy the source-book and find out only two of the various races become available. (As I only own a PHB on Dndbeyond).

Oath of Glory (Paladin subclass) & College of Eloquence (Bard subclass)

Well, also, it's possibly a legal problem for Beyond. Not that I'm likely to make those kind of waves about it, but, since they did promise they would be available, in a manner and fashion clearly designed to convince possible customers to purchase the product in question ... legally, they are obligated to provide them.
So, I'm annoyed (and then annoyed again, by the complete lack of response from their CSR people). But not litigiously-inclined at present.
In regard to _Pax_'s concern, are those character sheet options supposed to be still available? It still says, "EXTENDED CHARACTER SHEET BONUSESImmediately unlock 6 sheet backdrops, over 20 portrait frames, and 5 color themes with book purchase! Available for a limited time!" on the page here.
I'm inclined to think that yes it's still an ongoing offer as I remember the page originally saying "available with preorder" and the fact that it currently says "extended," but I could be wrong!
In chapter 4, in the Watchtower Villains section, entry number 3 on the table links to the statistics of the character Siren from Tomb of Horrors, rather than a harpy like the text suggests.

In the Thassa's Villains section, entry number 5 has similar wording but does not link to any monster directly.

Thanks for the heads up - I've passed this along for further review.
Tromokratis the mythic kraken is missing the Titan monster tag.

Trying to get your physical content on Beyond is like going to Microsoft and saying "I have a physical Playstation disk, give me a digital Xbox version!"

I purchased this book today with expectations that things I buy on DnDB will work with DnDB tools. Now I find that's not the case and there WAS NO DISCLAIMER before I hit the purchase button. I had no reason to come to this thread to see what is not working because there was NO NOTICE on the product that this was the case. I truly feel that I have been dupped out of my money. It may only be $30 but that is significant to me. That's $30 that could have gone to something that actually has value. I need my money back.

I have a high art. I wound with cruelty those that wound me.
There was no notice on the product that it was not fully functional. I could search everyday on news sites to see if there's an escaped tiger in my neighborhood before I leave the house but I have no reason to expect there is. Likewise, when I buy something, I should know it's not fully functional at the point of sale. Making someone search the forums for that information is predatory selling.

Honestly, I sincerely think you're over-reacting, just a little. Literally everything in the book, except only Piety and Supernatural Gifts, works just fine.
In the interim, you can simply go to "Notes" on your character sheet, and create an entry to track your current Piety; then, create a Feat of whichever Supernatural Gift you want, and under Feats, force-add it to your character.
Yes, it's a workaround, but it's a very simple one to use.
Certainly, I don't think you were "duped out of [your] money". There is always more risk associated with being an early adopter, than with taking a wait-and-see approach. ::shrug::

Exactly that, HeroicSteed. Exactly that.

Update to anyone who might be curious: my issue has been resolved, and I have the MOoT bonus content now. :)
Thanks for the update!

This has been fixed!

What isn't working, Frost?
The races, the sub-classes, and a plurality of the magic items work.
Piety and supernatural gifts... :(
Because there's nowhere for them, on the Character Sheet, yet.
I admit, it's mildly vexing that they didn't have the character sheet updated in time for the book's release.
But that would hardly be cause for someone claiming to have been "duped out of [their] money", IMO.
