Right. You can go to Your Deleted Creations, Restore the feat, and then you'll be able to remove it from the character.

A homebrew feat I deleted is still on the manage feats menu. Also, it is overwriting the the new feat I created. Plz fix this!
This has also happened to me! I cannot remove a deleted homebrew feat from my character sheet.
Post the url to your character sheet so that someone like a mod can take a look.
