[Bug][UI][Mobile] Menu Bar Overlaps Avatar

Issue: Menu Bar Overlaps Avatar

OS: Android 7.1.1

Browser: Chrome 56

Hardware: Google Pixel (5.0 inch display)

Steps to Reproduce: 

EDIT: Precondition - you must be browsing in portrait orientation, not landscape. 

1. Go to forum. 

2. Open "Bugs and Support" section. 

3. Open sticky thread "[Important] Beta Phase One - Basic Rules Content Only!" 

4. Notice menu bar "Member Details" overlapping original poster's (Molster's) avatar.

5. [Additional detail] Notice that the avatar overlaps the poster's name. 

6. [Additional detail] Notice that the avatar overlaps the first line of the post.

7. [Additional detail] Tap the Member Details menu to open it. 

8. Note that the avatar is unobscured by the revealed details. 

This appears fixed now.
