Currently there's no method of updating your payment. While it's on the roadmap, I don't have an ETA for its implementation. You can update your payment information by cancelling your subscription (which will still last for the entire duration you paid for) and renew it with the new payment information.
It is unclear how one updates the payment information for recurring subscriptions. I can not find a single thing to click for such an update.

It is easy to unclear updates the payment information for your subscriptions. It's easy go and find a single thing to click for such an update.
