I have a campaign running with a master tier sharing ALL official content. And yet still when creating a character, only the grappler feat appears, and only the Oath of Devotion appears for paladin

Is the character in the campaign where the content is shared?

Has someone in the campaign bought the books on dndbeyond?

If yes to both try turning content sharing off and on again and see if that helps.
