One of the PCs in my campaign has stopped appearing in the party when I build encounters. I went to his character in my campaign, and when I click view his character sheet, I get an Error 403 message, with the error code c3c3a458a4224e86a7b1cd8d3ed4de1c. I get the same error message when I try to edit his character.
The player said his subscription needed fixed, but that does not seem like that would effect it, as any characters I had created beyond the free account limit were still accessible during locations my subscription had lapsed. I do seem to be able to access his character sheet now though.
That's definitely odd - if possible would you be able to remove that campaign from the encounter and then re-add it? Its possible there was a weird blip in the system that caused it to not be readable for a little bit.
I did try removing the campaign from the encounter, and adding it back in before posting here and it didn't work. Any new encounters I create now seem to bring that character in properly.
i am having the same issue this morning. i have 1 character that doesnt show. i have deactivated and reactivated here. tried removing the campaign choice and readded. others seem unaffected and past encounters built are fine. i can access the character sheet.
I am also having this problem. I removed the campaign from the encounter and re-added it but it was still missing my fifth PC. I went to look at the missing players character sheet and I also got an error message. Past encounters I have created are fine, but every new one I try to make is missing this specific player. I know this post is from a while ago but does anyone know if theres been a fix implemented yet?
I've had a similar problem occur again back in December since I first posted the topic. I also wasn't able to view the player's character sheet either. And it was the same player as the first time. The player said his membership had expired and had more than the 8 characters created that the free version allows. Once the player fixed his subscription the problem was fixed.
Check to see if your players subscription is active.
I'm also missing a PC active in my campaign from the party management list in Encounter Builder.
Specifically a new PC that replaces one previously slain. There are 5 PC active on the campaign page (including the new one) and one inactive, all except the new PC come up in the Encounter Builder party management pop up.
I have a Master subscription, not sure about my players.

If possible, can you post a link to the character sheet here so that either myself or another moderator can take a look?
Here is the link to the player's character sheet; https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/LettyFitznote/characters/17740209

The player told me earlier that his subscription ran out so that is probably the problem. I'm just waiting to see if it gets fixed if/when he resubs.

Are you working with an encounter that already existed before the PC change?
