Eye of Vecna doesn't give Truesight

I recently notice that the Eye of Vecna doesn't give truesight despite the description clearly stating it does.

At the very least, can someone tell me what range Truesight via the Eye of Vecna is supposed to endow? 60ft? 120ft?
