Hey all- 

I've purchased Volo's Guide to Monsters and have the Master tier sub (which I'm not sure if that matters in this instance...) and my players don't have access to the races when attempting to build their characters. I have content sharing enabled, and they can access Volo's if they go through the compendium. Any ideas?

I've attempted to disable content sharing and re-enabled it but that didn't work. Tried with different browsers as well as different devices.

Oh side note that might be related- initially I purchased the monsters only for Volo's, but then later upgraded and received the full version of Volo's- so maybe as far as character creation is concerned it still doesn't recognize as me having the full version to share to players?

In that same vein- I have full access to the Volo's races during character creation.
