Hello,

I cannot access any of my characters and get thrown an error when attempting to. The error code is: 57fc8047098e4853be17e8f3942def01

I have cleared my browser cache, history, and cookies but nothing is helping.

Are you able to access your character sheet from another device (ie your phone)?

Also - is this happening with all of your characters or just one character? Either way, can you provide a link to one of your characters?

I can access from my phone using the DDB Player app.
