Not sure if this is a bug or feature.
I have a multi-classed Wizard Lv4 / Rogue Lv1, and my cantrips are telling me they are doing 2dn damage right now, although the spell itself says it is at Level 5. It appears the spell considers the global character level then.
My question: is this intended?

This is the intended behaviour- cantrips scale off character level, not class level.
