I have purchased the PHB, when I attempt to click on the Italian version in the sources, it takes me to its table of contents, but if I click any section I am brought to a screen to purchase it in the marketplace, however, the page says I have already purchased the PHB.
I would check to see if your entitlements are in sync. You can do that by navigating here and when you do, there will be a button that says "Sync my Entitlements" if they're not in sync.
Also bear in mind that purchasing the Player's Handbook doesn't grant you access to the Italian version, and vice-versa. They're considered two different sourcebooks.
Your entitlements data is in sync! You should have nothing to worry about, but contact our Support Team if you're having problems accessing your purchased content.

There should be the option there to purchase the Italian compendium edition. Did you actually scroll down within that page, or did you just stop because it told you you already owned it?
