Fey Touched (UA) doesn't seem to list Explorer's Guide to Wildemount spells in the choices available in the dropdown menu.

I just had a look and can confirm Gift of Alacrity isn't appearing on the list. Based on the wording (which doesn't specify a spell list), I would indeed expect it to be listed. I'll pass this along
