I just purchased the Acheron Blade item for $2. However, it does not appear when I search for it so I cannot add it into my inventory.
Am I doing something wrong? If someone can help that would be awesome!

That item is from Explorer's Guide to Wildemount - which is Critical Role content - so have you turned Critical Role Content on from the Home section of the character builder? If not - that's why.
