This is for the Favored Foe — it's still showing up as [scalevalue — no level scale data available], and I've already logged out, logged back in, refreshed my character sheet, and removed the Favored Foe option to put it back in and see if that changed anything.
FYI if the Ranger issue with Favorite Enemy should be fixed! Please refresh your character sheets and repick your favorite enemy info and it should all work as expected! If there is still an issue please post a link to your character sheet!

If I understand correctly, Favored Foe is part of the rangers update - which is reasonable, since it replaces Favored Enemy.

I see this on the Character Sheet:
Favored Foe (Special)
When you hit a creature with an attack roll, you can mark the target as your favored enemy for 1 minute or until you lose your concentration (as if you were concentrating on a spell).
The first time on each of your turns that you hit the favored enemy and deal damage to it, including when you mark it, you can increase that damage by scalevalue - No level scale data available.
IGNORE: Fixed. Seems Goblin was "chosen" for Racial language and not Orc, which is why it wasn't showing up. Changed Racial lang. to Orc and Goblin showed up in FE choices.
NOT sure I messed this up but is possible. I am assuming it got swapped with the upgrade, so am wondering if that may be some other folk's issue too. [The reason I think I did not do it is because I keep a home-made character sheet that tracks how &when my characters got any particular Skill, Language, Feature, etc. so that I know what specifically came from Race, Class, Subclass, Background or otherwise.]
I have logged out and back in. 1st level Ranger chose Humanoids (Goblinoids, Orcs / Goblin [lang]) as Favored Enemy. Character sheet under Profs & Langs shows all languages but under Features / FE it shows a choice has not been made. In the Character Builder it also shows I need to make a choice but Goblin is NOT available. On one hand, it doesn't seem I need to worry since Goblin displays as a language I know but, on the other hand, it is clearly wonky.
My other Ranger (Drow Hunter 5th level) has Undead as FE and now I get to choose a language so this one is a win, I guess. :D Although I probably will not make use of it since undead don't have a language.

Saw the request to rechoose FE which I have done. Did not fix the language issue; same as reported above. Chose a different FE and a different language and that "worked" in that the new language was added to list known, although Goblin remained. Chose Humanoid again and AM able to add two choices BUT Goblin is not a language option still.

There’s nothing about Simic Scientist that grants an additional favored enemy. At 6th-level, you should have two favored enemies, not three. I can’t speak to how anything was prior to this update, but there’s no problem with what you’re seeing now.

Hi it seems the undead favoured enemy does not appear on the dropdown list at all for me.

As AleGlad mentioned, the only issue I still see is the inability to choose additional humanoid types. Everything else is working well.
I'm having the same problem. I can select humanoids for one Favoured Enemy option, but not multiple.
