When creating a brand new character, I can easily get around multiclassing requirements by simply selecting all of my classes prior to entering my ability scores. This won't be a problem for players starting with 1st level characters, since they won't add additional classes until after they've played a bit, but for players who are in a campaign that starts at a higher level, they can very easily get around these prerequisites simply by entering their information in the order in which the options are presented in the application interface.
The multiclassing prerequisites should be enforced based on the data that has already been entered, regardless of in what order it was entered.
