So I just noticed that if I go to Quarantine resources and click on the notification bell to bring up the pop-up it's suddenly larger than it should be.

I don't know if it's just me so if someone can confirm this?

It does it for me as well. Using Firefox 84.0.1 (64bit) for what it's worth.

Edit:
It also does it on all of the New Player Guide pages except for the initial "Welcome to D&D" one.
