Title mostly says it all on this one, but here's the detail anyway:
Steps to Reproduce
Open one of your character sheets on the D&D Beyond website
Under Equipment, add an item you don't already have. For example a Pouch.
Click the item in your equipment list to open it in the sidebar, go to Customise and enter some custom values. For example, rename it to "Holster" and set a cost of 1gp and weight of 1lb. Exit the sidebar and verify that your changes appear in the equipment list.
Refresh the character sheet (reload the browser page).
Look for your new item in the equipment list.
Expected Results
The new item should be present with all customisations applied.
Actual Results
The new item is reset to defaults (Pouch with no custom name, cost or weight). If the item is customised again at this point, the changes are saved as normal, so it seems to be an issue only with newly added items. This also seems to affect weapons and other item types.

Former D&D Beyond Customer of six years: With the axing of piecemeal purchasing, lack of meaningful development, and toxic moderation the site isn't worth paying for anymore. I remain a free user only until my groups are done migrating from DDB, and if necessary D&D, after which I'm done. There are better systems owned by better companies out there.
I have unsubscribed from all topics and will not reply to messages. My homebrew is now 100% unsupported.
