If you've published something - it cannot be edited - because it could be in-use by somebody else. The only option is to create a new version of it - and there should be button to do that near where the edit button usually is - I think.
And this is why it is highly recommended that you not publish anything until it is 100% complete and error free. In fact - if you're just making the homebrew content for your campaign - you don't need to publish it at all.
